Transfer Market on the Web App or Companion App. !!! (( NOT WORKING )) !!!

My EA Account is verified and linked to my PSN. However, I still don’t have access to the Transfer Market on the Web App or Companion App.

everything is done i did all the objectives and played will over 3 games per day! its been 4 days and nothing is working!

when access will be granted?
