Transfer Market on the Web App or Companion App
Dear EA Support Team,
I hope you are doing well.
I am contacting you regarding an issue with my Ultimate Team account. I have been playing Ultimate Team since 2019, and the Transfer Market works perfectly fine for me on my PlayStation console.
However, I do not have access to the Transfer Market on the Web App or Companion App. It shows that my account is not eligible to access the Transfer Market on the app, even though I have been actively playing for over a month this season (including FUT Champions and Squad Battles).
I have not violated any rules, transferred coins, or engaged in any suspicious activity. I would really appreciate it if you could review my account and help resolve this issue.
