Hello Team,
I’m following up because my Transfer Market restriction appeal (Balance Transfer flag) has been pending since 5 December, and I still haven’t received any update.
I understand reviews take time, but it has already been several days with no communication. This restriction has completely stopped my ability to play properly since I can’t use the Transfer Market at all.
What makes this even more disappointing is that genuine players like us have to face these issues, even when we have never been involved in any unfair activity. It feels very discouraging when honest players get affected like this.
I kindly request a status update or escalation for my case.
I have never purchased or sold coins, and my transfer history clearly shows normal trading only.
