Transfer Market Still locked

No matter what I do the transfer market is still locked, Have spoken to advisor, nothing they can do.

Have done all of the objectives it requires, have played countless games in all modes, good standing, After all this time now the game has been out and I still can not access the transfer market on my companion app for iPhone.

can anyone advise or help me please I’m growing frustrated with it?
