Turbocharger evolution

Theres a problem with turbocharger evo. It does not give quick step base to some players. My ronaldinho 88 WW sbc has finesse and rapid plus the evo changes the rapid plus into a base ps thats why it does not get the quick step base… but in fut gg and futbin it shows that he should get the quickstep base… pls fix this asap before birthday bonito expiers.
