Twitch drop not showing after watching Live stream on Twitch and Youtube

Watched the entire Twitch livestream and drops never showed so I went to Youtube to rewatch the stream and nothing appeared.... Frustrating because on twitch I dont know how to get help and I double checked on both Youtube and Twitch to make sure my accounts were both connected.
