Unable to access Ultimate Team – Account Escalated

Hi EA Team,

I cannot access Ultimate Team on my account for over 72 hours. Other EA accounts work on the same PS5 and network. My account has been escalated to the technical team. Please provide any updates on when access will be restored.

    Hi there. Try using the web/companion app to delete your squads. Not your players. Just the squads. Then, create a new one and try loading back into the game. Let me know if this helps or not. Thanks!
