Unable to Play Matches in Ultimate Team

Every time I enter a match in any game mode, at the end of the match this message appears:

 

 

“THE EA SERVERS ARE UNABLE TO PROCESS YOUR REQUEST AT THE CURRENT MOMENT. PLEASE TRY AGAIN LATER.”

 

 

After that, I get disconnected from Ultimate Team.

    Hi there. Try using the web/companion app to delete your squads. Not the players in them. Just the squads. Then, create a new squad and try playing again. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!

    Thanks for trying. What platform are you on? Also, try using alternate DNS settings with the instructions here.
