Unable to get in to Ultimate Team

I have gone through every trouble shooting, cache clearing, even to the point of doing a full factory reset on my PS5. I tried multiple EA Accounts, deleted files, deleted the game and redownloaded the game, no fix. 

about two weeks ago, I stopped being able to get in to ultimate team on fc 25, and now the same thing has started happening on fc 26. $106 put into a game I can’t even play. And when going through EA, “no solution available” is their response to the case. 

I can’t get a refund either because I’ve spent too much time trying to find a solution within the game. 

its the only video game I play, and its about to be the last video game I ever played. I don’t think it’s corruption within the company as much as its incompetence.
