I have also been impacted by this. I've been speaking with EA Live Support and they have asked me to raise a case in the Forum. I was told that this is a bug, but nothing can be done until the technical team look at the issue.
I asked about compensation as this is a gameplay bug hampering our attempts at completing objectives and was advised:
To be honest I do agree with you that there should be some compensation on issues like this however as of right now there is no official information available on this however once the issue is resolved there will be information available for compensation and then we will be able to help you out with compensation, so I would suggest you wait for it to get resolved first so that in the end we can help you out with the compensation.
All we can do is upvote this post until it gets enough attention. I've also shared this forum case with the EA help team, in the hopes the issue gets fast tracked.
