UT connecting issue

Hi everyone,

I’m having an issue connecting to Ultimate Team in FC26. Every time I try to enter a match, it says that I cannot connect to UT and then kicks me out of the game.

I’ve already tried changing my EA account password, logging out from all devices, and restarting the game and my console/PC. But the problem still persists. I also submitted a ticket to EA Support and I’m waiting for their reply.

Has anyone experienced this before or found a solution? Any help would be appreciated.
