UT DNF Loss,Teams switched

Hi EA Team,

Since October 22, I’ve been experiencing a serious Rivals bug in EA FC 26 on PC.
During matches (usually around the 70th–80th minute), my team suddenly swaps with the opponent’s team — I start controlling their players, and my opponent freezes. The match never finishes normally, and I’m forced to close the game, which gives me a DNF loss. 

This first happened after a match I was winning 7–5, and now it happens in multiple Rivals games. I’ve already cleared EA App cache, deleted game settings, restarted my PC and router, but the issue persists.I was abled to play 2matches after clearing EA App cache but now I can t play it come again.

Please reset my matchmaking session/profile or check for corruption on my account.
