Servers are up and online and have been for the past weeks so this would be something that you need to work on from your end.

It not my personal problem .. I know another of people with the same problem .. we couldn't connect to the server for the past two weeks.
It didn’t work for me. It’s been like this since the release. It’s not just me, many people on the Asia server are experiencing it. The game is very unplayable on this server, so maybe that’s the root cause
