Welcome to UT Evo bugged

My "welcome to UT evo" is stuck on step 3. I play games with my evo (in my squad in squad battles, off the bench in SBs, and in Rush) and I am still at 0/2 progress. I am on PS5.

    chwali14​ Level 3 of 'Welcome to UT Evo' evolution, squad battle and rush modes are not included. You need to complete this stage in rivals, champs or live events. Please read the description in the image below.
