What is the point of the FS players packs we received?

I’m struggling to understand what we got these players for? They don’t go into the evos available, and they’re the exact same as their bronze cards. What exactly is the point of these cards? Are we supposed to be able to put them in the evos but it’s bugged? I’m so confused.

I’m gutted because I run a spurs past and present and there is two cards in there which I could use, just to not be able to was a bit disappointing.
