I totally get your frustration — this has happened before after the weekly reset. Sometimes rewards get delayed due to server sync or maintenance, and they show up a few hours later or after you restart the game. Try fully restarting your console or app, and check both your in-game inbox and Squad Battles tab again. If nothing appears within 24 hours, submit a support ticket through EA Help with screenshots and your gamertag. They’re usually quick to restore missing rewards once verified.
