Why cant i unlock transfer market in FC26

My Ultimate Team account is stuck on the “Complete the Foundations Evolution” objective.

The Foundations Evolution is not available in my Evolutions tab, and because of this my Transfer Market remains locked.

Please manually complete the objective or unlock the Transfer Market.
