Do you really think players are stupid and foolish, that they don't read the terms and conditions and everything else in the game? If that's what you think, then you're wrong, or you lack experience in dealing with the community. I created approximately 3800 SBC player crates and then came to ask a question, that's all. There's no need to accuse players of being illiterate and uncultured as if you have the final word.

Please don't take it personally.

There's no accusation. Many people don't read the probabilities and then make the assumption that somehow their account is not included. That is never the case. Everyone has the same chances at the same items.

This gentelman clearly stated he crafted aprox 3800 sbcs and you're still telling him about store pack probabilities. I too feel somewhat blacklisted during this promo, not just for toty items but every sbc upgrade/icon pick I complete is just an L. I've put in so much time and still have nothing to show for it just because I didn't get my wallet out. It's demoralising

This does not mean the account is blacklisted. That's not something we ever do. Everyone uses the same probabilities.
