Why doesn't the rod come out at all in the Ultimate package opening?

I've opened hundreds of packages for days, no toty player has given an actor you can call beautiful. You put my restriction on my account, help me with this. Even though I opened so many packages, it's great that toty players didn't come out and it made me cold from the game, I almost deleted the game.
