Wrongful Ban - Case #235299103
My FC26 account was banned at 10:00 AM on Jan 16, 2026, with case #235299103 stuck in "Waiting on Studio" for over 5 days (no updates).(Platform: PC) As a loyal FC player since 2024, I had no violations: I bought 85+ gold cards via the FC26 web app for SBC, checked UT mission requirements briefly, then exited to play Career Mode until the ban.
The ban stopped me from joining the TOTY event (I planned in-game purchases for it). I tried to follow up via EA Help, but the "Next" button is unresponsive when resuming the case (technical issue). My account used a fixed public IP (no abnormal logins), and all operations are traceable in the backend.
