WRONGLY Transfer Banned for Balance Transfer - :(

Hi All

I have recently had restrictions added to my account due to suspected involvement in "Balance Transfer". I have never engaged in such activities, have spent £100s in this game and just enjoy the transfer market side of ultimate team.

I have made millions trading on the game since the release trading hundreds of cards (sometimes daily). I recently purchases a couple special cards of Alaba and Valverde and once sold was wrongfully banned from using the transfer market. I made about 80,000-110,000 coins on the Valderde's which I believe to be the problem.

From my experience playing the game I think that my transactions were caught up in others using these players to sell the cards, otherwise there should be no reason my account was flagged. It doesn't make sense...

Any support or help on what to do next would be appreciated I have submitted an appeal but only get automated responses that lack context or proper evidence on my alleged wrong doings...

thanks

  • Hey FOXTradingHelp, actions taken on your account can be frustrating, and I understand how the process is taxing on you but unfortunately, we on the forums can't directly deal with your ban due to privacy and security concerns.

We are not able to discuss a ban with you or give details on why a ban was placed or an appeal rejected, and our inability to verify account ownership with you on the forum means that we can direct you to the right support.

What we can do is recommend that you appeal the ban by following the steps in this help article

A member of the team reviews your appeal and will make a decision based on all the information at hand. The replies you receive are not automated; the team uses templates to ensure uniformity.

If your appeal has been declined, then it means that the investigation found evidence to uphold the ban. The team will take all the evidence and info you provide into consideration when making this decision.

If you believe a mistake was made, then you can file another appeal, providing all the information you have.
