I earned the reward for WTSS Journey 2 and selected an attacker. I already applied Attacker 1, but I was given a Defender instead. Defender 2 is useless to me, since I’ve already used Attacker 1 on my attacker.
I really hope EA fixes this issue, because otherwise all the time I put into completing the R9 evolution feels completely wasted.

i did gullit 81 to wtss 1 journey cam 88 and went to do him on next stage wtss2 journey cam to take him to 90 rated but its telling me i dont have any eligable players now and now guliit is 81 rated - so it looks like i didnt do him according to the game and EA support tell me to log it on here but i doubt anyone will fix my issue - Lack of faith in EA or their products due to do lack of customer support and taken ownership where something this simple can be fixed
I have the same problem and contacted them 2 weeks ago and nothing happened I chose attacker to give it to Cesc Fabregas but it gave me defender and now I can’t give him the third onw

Same for me. Gully lvl 1 to 88 and then got defender when I clicked midfield so it’s useless.
Same thing happened to me as well. I applied WTSS Attack 1 to Ronaldinho and got rewarded WTSS Defend 2 which is useless now.

Same problem with me as well, trying to evo Torres with attk 2 but got defender 2 instead. SMH
Same issue with me as well, I got Midfielder 2 instead of Attacker 2.
Wish we could swap, I got it the other way around. Got midfielder 3 yesterday so hoping they fix this so I can put both on Charlton
