Players turning grey After backing out of new manager load up

After I backed out of Manager Career Mode because I accidentally chose to start a new load all of my created players’ faces suddenly turned black. This affected every created player, and their appearances no longer match the faces I originally customized.

I did not intentionally change their appearances. The problem happened after exiting Manager Career Mode.

Please investigate this issue and provide a fix. I would also appreciate guidance on restoring my players’ original faces without having to recreate every player.

Thank you.
