Random/default scouts in settings

Dear EA Sports FC team,

I would like to share some feedback about Career Mode, particularly regarding the Youth Academy and youth scout system.

I am an autistic player, and I also live with ME/CFS, which means that my available energy is very limited. Because of my autism, I strongly prefer to start a Career Mode save with a clear and predictable setup. For me, having good youth scouts from the beginning is an important part of being able to enjoy the career.

At the moment, if I want to start with high-quality youth scouts, I can end up repeatedly restarting a career until the scouts available to me meet the criteria I am comfortable with. This can take 30 minutes or more before I can even properly begin playing.

For many players this may seem like a minor inconvenience. For an autistic player, however, an unpredictable starting setup can become a genuine barrier to starting the game at all. And because I have ME/CFS, spending a large amount of my limited energy repeatedly restarting a save is particularly frustrating.

I would therefore like to suggest an accessibility/quality-of-life option in Career Mode:

Allow players to choose the starting quality of their youth scouts when creating a new career.

For example, players could choose:

- Random/default scouts

- 3-star scouts

- 4-star scouts

- 5-star scouts

This would not remove any existing gameplay option. Players who enjoy starting with weaker scouts could simply leave the setting on default, while players who need or prefer a predictable setup could choose their starting scouts themselves.

I think this could be particularly helpful for autistic players, players with OCD or other conditions where unpredictability can make certain game mechanics unnecessarily difficult. It would also benefit players who simply want to create a specific Career Mode challenge without spending a significant amount of time resetting their save.

I am not asking for the game to be made easier for everyone. I am asking for an additional choice that would allow different players to configure the beginning of Career Mode in a way that works for them.

I really enjoy Career Mode, and I would love to see more accessibility options like this in future updates.
