Developing player attributes, dynamic squad rotation and live bench simulation

Dear EA Sports FC Development Team,

First and foremost, we would like to express our sincere appreciation for your continuous hard work, dedication, and ongoing efforts to improve and refine the FC franchise year after year.

As passionate players who care deeply about the future of the game, we are sharing this comprehensive proposal to overhaul the progression, difficulty, and manager AI systems in Career Mode, specifically for Player Career. Our goal is to replace static, gamey mechanics with living, adaptive, and automatic systems that reflect the realism of professional football. We sincerely hope you implement these features in future editions to truly elevate competition and immersion:

 1. Automatic Performance-Based Player Attributes

* Elimination of Manual Skill Points:

  Completely remove the traditional mechanic of manually allocating earned skill points to upgrade player attributes.

* Automatic Performance-Driven Progression & Regression:

  Player attributes must increase or decrease dynamically and automatically based on actual pitch performance and training success. For example, if a player misses clear goals, misplaces passes, or fails at dribbling, their respective stats should drop organically; conversely, performing these actions successfully will organically increase their ratings.

* Selection Based on Dynamic Form and Attributes:

  The manager’s decision to start a player or assign them specific playtime must be heavily influenced by these shifting attributes and real-time statistics. Low-rated or out-of-form players should be benched or limited to specific match windows.

 2. Interactive Substitute Bench Experience

* Live Bench Gameplay and Warm-Up Mechanics:

  When starting on the bench in Player Career, the user should actively sit on the bench, watch the live match unfold in real-time, react to events, or be ordered by the manager to perform warm-up drills along the touchline to soak in the stadium atmosphere.

* Quick Entry & Skip Option:

  Provide a seamless toggle option allowing the user to skip the bench simulation at any moment and instantly jump directly into the live gameplay when subbed on.

 3. Adaptive In-Game Manager AI & Tactical Shifts

* Dynamic Formations and Real-Time Tactics:

  The opposing manager must alter their formation and tactical instructions during the match depending on the opponent's behavior, the current scoreline, and momentum.

* Half-Time, Extra-Time, and High-Stakes Adjustments:

  In Player Career, the AI manager must introduce completely new tactical approaches during the second half, extra time, or when chasing a trailing scoreline to test the user's adaptability.

* In-Game Position Swapping & Visual Variety:

  Managers should proactively swap player positions on the pitch during play to disrupt the opponent's defensive rhythm and add tactical depth to the match.

 4. Fully Voiced Interactive Press Conferences

* Voiced Q&A for Players and Managers:

  Introduce fully immersive, high-quality voiced pre-match and post-match press conferences for both the user's player and the AI manager, replacing text-only interactions with real voice acting for journalists and speakers.

* Media Impact on Manager Decisions & Morale:

  Dialogue choices made during these vocal interviews must directly influence the manager's tactical decisions, player sharpness, squad morale, and chemistry,

 making media interactions a crucial factor in securing game time.
