Manual controls in Ultimate Team

So us Manual players are the long-forgotten sons of this game.  This is only a suggestion since trying to get manual matches in Seasons is extremely difficult. Especially when ranking up to higher divisions.

Is it possible to get a MANUAL mode in Ultimate team where the rewards are extremely good for those who finish in high divisions. This mode can catch popularity and bring back the integrity of the game.  Its worth a shot.
