Could you please clarify the licensing situation regarding AC Milan and Inter in EA SPORTS FC 27?

I noticed that Alexandre Pato is confirmed for FC 27, which made me wonder whether this could be connected to the return of AC Milan’s full club licence.

Specifically, will AC Milan and Inter have their official club names, badges, kits and San Siro stadium in FC 27?

KONAMI is also currently promoting AC Milan and Inter as official partner clubs in eFootball, so I’m curious about the situation for FC 27.
