FC POINTS BUG IN UT

I spent 44.99 twice for ultimate team and both times the points never showed up, I have restarted multiple times and shut down my computer as well and the points are nowhere to be found. I should have lots of FC Points so this is very frustrating.

    Can someone from the EA Community please help me get this figured out because I am frustrated that money can be taken out of my apple cash just to not receive any points.
