Long time loyal customer

Dear EA Sports Support Team, I am writing to you today as a dedicated, long-time fan of your football franchise. For years, I have bought and played every single edition of FIFA and EA SPORTS FC on launch day, as the game has always been a massive part of my life. Unfortunately, two years ago, I suffered a severe accident at work. I have been laid up at home recovering ever since. Because I am unable to work, things have been financially incredibly tight, and for the first time ever, I simply cannot afford to purchase EA SPORTS FC 27 this year. Being stuck at home, playing football games has been one of the very few things keeping my spirits up and keeping me connected to friends.
