People being banned for transferring points now?

Seen on twitter after the streamer access earlier, that a few accounts have posted that some people have been banned after transferring points over. Now I’m looking for clarification if this is just for the people using a third party who somehow have access to the game already, or if this is for everyone who has loaded up with FC26. Just don’t want my account in hot water after spending some money on points.
