I had applied an Evolution to my Bouabré player in EA SPORTS FC 27, but I unfortunately used that card in an SBC I bought a new base Bouabr card from the transfer market to apply a different Evolution to him. However, the game tells me: "You already have an Evolution version of this item."
The old Evolution card is no longer in my club since it was submitted in an SBC.
Could you check why this restriction still applies to my player and let me know if it can be fixed?

I also have the same problem with Gadella. I contacted EA and chatted with a representative. He was useless. He says that i must wait until they figure out if they want to find a solution to this problem or not. Completely waste of time speaking with their customer service agents.
Il ne servent strictement à rien ! J’ai eu quelqu’un qui m’a sorti de patienter que ça allez être traiter ! Une autre au téléphone car j’ai menti sur un autre problème pour être rappelé ! Au final il mon dit qui vont passer mon ticket en urgence mais c’est faux ! Les évolution vont expirer on va louper des chose il nuisent à notre progression dans le jeu ce service client n’aident pas réellement mais quand c’est pour mettre des sanction etc c’est les plus rapide !!! Il son déroutant !
