Black screen after half time

Whenever i go into a game i have no problems, until it gets to half time..

Whenever i reach half time and we press continue to play the 2nd half, the screen just turns black.

My opponents sometimes leave or try to pause but nothing happens, so its a problem on both ends

However when we just keep waiting the game eventually does come back, with no time passed so the game doesnt keep going while the screen is black.

And if we reach the end of the game and i win, as soon as i complete the game i get kicked from ultimate team and it gets counted as a if i left the game, and i get a loss..

it worked fine yesterday, the issue started coming today

    Yeah, same for me. I just have to wait for them to leave and get the win

    ive had this nearly every day, it just goes black for no reason and then comes back 2-4 minutes later.

    I only just got the game and I’m doing the mandatory champions league game and I’m at half time and I’m having the same problem. 

    I’ve reset the game multiple times and it’s still not working

    Same re mandatory.  I can't get past half time.  Just a black screen and the eafc logo top right.  Really not sure what to do here.  Do I contact EA?  PS store?
