Champions opponent quit bug

Hi in my last champions game my opponent quit when 3-0 down

I got the error message ‘can’t connect to ultimate team’ it kicked me out of ultimate team and now it says I’m 10 wins 6 losses. With -1 games left and can’t get my rewards

im missing out on getting my rewards and being to sell the players I pack while the market is high
