Connection problem

Hello EA Support,

I have persistent FC 27 Ultimate Team connection issues on PS5 in Türkiye. Menus load extremely slowly, and during matches I get “You lost connection to your opponent.” I receive DNF penalties and reduced coin rewards.

I use Turkcell Superonline. My PS5 connection test shows NAT Type 2, 299.6 Mbps download and 15.7 Mbps upload. I also tested a mobile hotspot, but the problem remained.

Because of these technical disconnections, I have lost multiple matches, Rivals points, progress toward promotion to a higher division, and coins.

Please investigate this issue and let me know whether my lost Rivals progress, match results and coin rewards can be reviewed or compensated.

Thank you.

  • EA should provide compensation for the ongoing connection issues because we are unable to play Ultimate Team properly. We cannot compete for rewards, earn points, or make progress toward promotion to higher divisions in Rivals. We are losing matches, points, coins, and valuable progress through no fault of our own.

Adding to this: Sometimes, after being stuck on the loading screen for minutes, when actually getting into UT, I can play games and they are as smooth as it can be. But as soon as I am back in the menu, its unusable. However, I am getting random disconnects from time to time even in game. But it seems to be more related to the menu UI.

  • Having the exact same issue in Germany since this morning. Last night it worked. Issue is persistent on two different PS5s trying WLAN and LAN. This is not acceptable!

  • I have the same problem, only with this game i get connection errors or smth like that. I can't play a game since last week because i get kicked out every single time due to "unable to connect to ea servers" while my connection is perfect. It disconnects and 1 second after kicking me out of UT i can go back in. Fix this **bleep** pls
