Cross-play

Me (ps5) and my friend (xbox series x) are apparently unable to play with eachother on fut or even join a party. We both have cross play enabled and it worked fine on all other fc titles. Weve tried blocking and adding as a friend again, turning cross play on and off, checking the console settings for cross play and just nothing so. The person i spoke to on the ea help chat told me to make a post on here so any help would be greatly appreciated.

Cheers 👍
