EA FC 27 account restricted/blocked immediately after purchase

Hi everyone,
I purchased EA SPORTS FC 27 for my son just a couple of days ago.
We barely played the game, probably less than an hour, and suddenly the EA account became restricted/blocked.

I checked the EA account, and I don’t see any penalties or bans listed. I also never unlinked or relinked any accounts. This is our first time using the game/account.

Because of this, we cannot properly use the online features, update the squads, or start a normal career/season with updated players.

I already contacted EA Support, but I still don’t have a solution.

Has anyone experienced the same issue with FC 27? If so, how did you resolve it?

Any help would be greatly appreciated. My son was really excited to play, and right now we can barely use the game properly.
