EA FC 27 FUT Champs: Camera Bug, Inverted Controls & Missing Win

Hi,

I had two really frustrating bugs during yesterday's FUT Champions matches (October 11), and since I can't seem to report them through EA's website, I'm posting here hoping someone from EA Support can actually look into this.

During one of my matches, my opponent took a free kick and right after that my camera got completely stuck in one position. On top of that, my controls were somehow inverted, making the game practically unplayable.

I tried changing the camera settings multiple times, used all my pauses trying to fix it and even waited until the second half hoping it would reset. Nothing worked. The camera stayed locked and my controls were still inverted for the rest of the match.

I ended up losing a FUT Champions game simply because I couldn't properly control my players. How is something like this even possible in a competitive game mode? I have video footage of this bug and can share it once someone from EA Support responds.

The second issue happened in another FUT Champions match where I was leading 2-0 when my opponent disconnected. I got the usual message saying that the match result would be reviewed and updated accordingly.

Except nothing happened.

The weird part is that the match actually appears in my EA match history, but in FUT Champions it's as if the game never happened. No win, no result, nothing. The match was basically cancelled despite me being 2-0 up when my opponent left.

And of course, I ended up losing my next game, which makes the whole situation even more frustrating.I'm not asking for free wins. I'm asking for the matches I actually played to count properly.Both of these issues directly affected my FUT Champions results, and I can't even report them through the normal EA Help website.

Is there any way to get these results corrected? Why did my 2-0 match get completely cancelled when my opponent disconnected? And is EA even aware of the camera lock and inverted controls bug?

I can provide video evidence of the first issue and match history details for the second.
