Good news, latency seems to be back to normal and UT is functioning properly!
One thing I really hope the technical team can look into is better regional health checks and a public status dashboard showing when specific regions are having issues.
I think transparency here is really important for EA as a brand. When players experience high latency or random disconnects with no explanation, it damages trust and creates unnecessary frustration. If we could see which regions are affected and when issues are resolved, we could make informed decisions about when to play instead of risking matches and getting negative results due to server problems.
Being open about these issues would go a long way towards building player trust. I really think this is something worth investing in. Thanks!
