"EA servers are unavailable right now" in EA Sports FC 27

Hi everyone,

Since October 14, after I've set up my new router, I can't connect to EA Sports FC 27 on PS5. I always get "EA servers are unavailable right now". A friend in the same country could play, so it doesn't look like a general outage.

What I've already checked:
- Wired connection, 350-500 Mbps, NAT Type 2
- Rocket League and other online games work fine on the same console and network
- Manual DNS (8.8.8.8 / 8.8.4.4) set, console fully restarted
- I can log in to the EA Companion app, so my account doesn't seem banned or locked
- I contacted EA Help, but only got an automated agent that didn't solve anything

Platform: PS5
Country: Romania (ISP: Digi)

Has anyone had the same issue or knows a fix? If an EA staff member could look into my account or region, I'd really appreciate it.
