Hi there,

I understand this can feel stressful when you’ve been trying for hours and still can’t get into the game. Let’s check a couple of things first.

Please make sure that your Steam account is linked to the correct EA Account:

Have you also tried signing out of both Steam and the EA app, clearing their caches, and then signing back in?

For the EA app, you can clear the cache through:

EA app menu > Help > App recovery > Clear cache

Please also avoid unlinking and relinking your accounts unless absolutely necessary, as this can affect access to your game progress and content.

If none of these steps help, then as the error message suggests, please contact our support team so an Advisor can look into the account with you.
