Rivals Controller Glitch - DNF penalty

I played rivals last night and my controller woudnt let me control my team. I could pause and flick through the fc27 menu and look around in settings easy, Xbox menu worked too. But I had to watch my team get trashed without being able to control it. I had to restart the game to fix the glitch which worked, but I received a loss and a DNF penalty for match coins. Is there a way to report this to EA and get my loss removed and DNF penalty removed?
