FC 27 – Sudden ping increase in West Bank, Palestine (likely Tel Aviv lost)

Hello EA team,

I'm a player from Ramallah, West Bank (Palestine), and I'm reporting a sudden, sustained ping increase in EA SPORTS FC 27.

- Platform: PS5

- ISP: Paltel Fiber

- Connection: Wired (LAN)

- Previous ping: 6–8 ms, stable for about 6 weeks (most likely the Tel Aviv data center)

- Current ping: 54–76 ms, constant since November 6, 2026

The change started right after I restarted my router. Since then I've restarted my router and PS5 several times, but the ping hasn't gone back down. My internet works normally in other games and apps.

Players in Jordan have reported the same issue recently, with ping going from about 8 ms to 60–70 ms and being routed to Paris/Frankfurt instead of Tel Aviv.

Could you please check data center selection and routing for players in Palestine, and whether we can be routed back to Tel Aviv?
