I have the exact same problem, lost access to web app and companion when i downloaded fc27 lite. I hadnt even used up my 10 hour trial. This has never happened before, ive been playing FUT since 2013.

    They know about the problem and are working on it, but nobody knows how long it will take. It's annoying because Web app is an important part of the game
