i cant change players

The video you shared doesn't seem to be working properly. Could you describe what's happening when you try to change players, please? And if you could share a screenshot of any errors you get, that would be great!

Okay, so, in a match, whether it's FUT Champions, Rivals, or anything else, when I try to change a player in my lineup options and add a new one, it won't let me access the lineup settings. The other options work fine, though; it's just the lineup settings that are having problems. I don't know if I explained it well, but you can see it in the video...

You've explained it well, thank you. It's odd that the video isn't working on my end; I've even tried a few different programs but I'm just getting a black screen. If it isn't too much to ask, could you try sending a new one?

Also, is the option greyed out, or are you getting an error when you try to access it?

Perfect, that video works. Thank you so much for your patience on this, but that really does show the issue the best. You mention that it's happening in every game mode, which is also good to know. I have a few steps you can try that will at the very least narrow down the issue:

1. If you unpluig your controller and try to use your keyboard, does that let you enter that menu?
2. Could you making a new personal settings file? (The one that you select when you load the game up.) This will reset your custom controller layout, which is a pain, but it might also help fix the awkwardness you're having in the menus.
3. Could you try a reinstall of the game? Sometimes that can help fix a myriad of issues.
4. Just in case it's a specific player item causing this to happen, could you try making a squad of completely different players and let me know if that fixes it?
