Online Draft stuck on black screen match doesnt start

I lost my online draft due to a glitch, I started the second match and I was approached with black screen for 30 min while music is still playing. when I click home button disconnection countdown starts!! I had to quit since match didnt and I been waiting for black screen to fadeaway but that didnt happen. I lost my 300 Points for a bug!
