FC 27 PC (steam) : UT Disconnects, Mismatch Errors & Opponent Left the Game

PROBLEM DESCRIPTION
I have been experiencing repeated disconnections in EA SPORTS FC 27 on PC via Steam. The issue occurs both during matches and while searching for opponents in Ultimate Team.
During previous attempts, I was disconnected from Ultimate Team matches at different points:
- Around the 50th–60th minute.
- Around the 60th–70th minute.
- Around the 90th minute when using a mobile hotspot.
One error message contained the word "mismatch". I do not remember the exact wording.
On October 16, my first Rivals match disconnected almost immediately after starting. The game counted it as a loss.
On subsequent attempts, I repeatedly received the "Opponent left the game" message while searching for an opponent or selecting my kit. This happened multiple times, including approximately three attempts after returning to Ultimate Team later that day.
TROUBLESHOOTING PERFORMED
- Played using a wired LAN connection through my home internet.
- Tested using a mobile phone hotspot.
- Restarted my PC.
- Verified the game files through Steam. Steam reported that 303 files were successfully verified.
- Checked my EA Connection Quality Report.
My Connection Quality Report showed:
- Connection score: 97/100
- Ping: 24.09 ms
- Jitter: 0.18 ms
- Packet loss: 0.01%
Despite these results and changing internet connections, the issue persists.
COMPARISON WITH OTHER ONLINE MODES
On October 16, I played an online Seasons match using Real Madrid against Bayern Munich. The match completed normally until the final whistle, without a disconnection.
However, after returning to Ultimate Team, I continued to receive "Opponent left the game" errors during matchmaking and kit selection.
PREVIOUS EA SPORTS FC GAMES
I have been playing EA SPORTS FC 24, EA SPORTS FC 25, and EA SPORTS FC 26 on PC without experiencing these recurring disconnection issues.
These problems only started after I began playing EA SPORTS FC 27.
Given that my previous FC games worked normally under my usual setup, I would appreciate help identifying what has changed in FC 27.
