Fc companion disabled

Hello, I’m having an issue with the FC 27 Companion App. The app worked normally while I had access to the 10-hour FC 27 trial, but as soon as my trial ended, multiple sections started showing “Feature disabled.”

I also have FC 27 Lite associated with my account, and I’m wondering if this is related to the known issue where FC 27 Lite affects access to the Companion App.

Could you please investigate my account and help restore access to these features? I cannot afford to purchase the full game just to fix this issue.

Thank you.
