FC 27 PS4 – Division Rivals matchmaking fails 90% of the time in Japan

Hello EA Support,

I play EA SPORTS FC 27 Ultimate Team on PS4.

Since moving from France to Japan, I have been experiencing a persistent Division Rivals matchmaking issue. The game finds an opponent, but the timer expires on the kit selection screen before the opponent becomes ready. I can only start a match approximately once in ten attempts.

My setup and observations:

- Platform: PS4

- Current region: Japan

- Previous region: France, where the game worked normally

- Same PlayStation Network and EA accounts

- NAT Type 2

- Connection: Wi-Fi

- Other online game modes work normally

- I have already tested all available matchmaking settings without resolving the issue.

Could you investigate whether this is a matchmaking issue affecting the PS4 version in Asia, or whether there is an account-specific or session-related problem?
