Fc 27 trail not working

Hello I bought the EAFC 27 10 hour trail

trial  10 Hour

and every time I try to press  trial 10 hour  to activate it or go into the game and press free trials activated it doesn’t wanna work and my free trail  is running out could you please give me back my money or fix it then give me more time or something because I paid money for this and I’m not getting the experience I paid for I’m not getting any experience at all
