FC 27 Ultimate Team Draft Opponent Exploit and Request for Compensation

I was playing an Ultimate Team Draft match on PS5 when my players suddenly became completely unresponsive, while my opponent could still move and play normally.

looked like he connected 4 computers

There were unusual icons appearing around my players, as shown in the attached screenshot.

This made the match impossible to play and cost me my Draft entry and potential rewards.

Please investigate this issue and compensate me by refunding my Draft entry token or providing an equivalent Draft entry/compensation. I should not lose my entry because of a potentially exploited game bug.

I can provide screenshots or additional evidence if needed. Thank you.
